UKiVPN Terms and Conditions

As a subscriber to our services, you agree that:

1. All payments are final and non-refundable (* with noted exceptions);

2. You agree not to pay for the service from a STOLEN credit card;

3. You will not use our services to hack or attack other computers, servers, or networks on the internet;

4. You agree that you will not use our services to scan (e.g. port scanning, running proxy hunters) or break into other computers, servers, or networks;

5. You agree that you will not use our services to transmit viruses/trojans/worms, etc. to other computers on the internet;

6. You agree not to hack our servers and resources;

7. You agree that you will not upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;

8. You agree that you will not share, upload, download, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;

9. You will not use our services to send out unsolicited or fraudulent materials. This includes, but not limited to the following: Sending unsolicited emails (i.e. SPAM mail), mass-marketing mails (even if they are in a opt-in list), hate mail, unsolicited instant messages, unsolicited SMS, or identity theft or scam related materials, etc. Sending emails through port 25 from any of our secure servers are strictly prohibited;

10. You will not use the service to promote criminal activities of any sort;

11. You agree that you will not run any resource intensive programs that will interfere in the usage of our services by our users. UKiVPN is happy for our customers to watch and download as much TV as they want. However, there are some individuals on the web who will take advantage of a completely unlimited policy and take all the resources from our HW and other customers. These parties are generally committing fraud by downloading and pirating many movies a day, this is what we classify as ‘not fair use’. On average, we would view 40Gb of Transfer per month as fair use.

12. We cannot and do not guarantee the speed of our services;

13. We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice, or refund, if we receive any legitimate complaints about your activities from other users or internet service providers (ISPs);

14. We reserve the right to make amendments or modifications to our Terms Of Use Agreement. This will become binding and it will be your responsibility to periodically check for updates and abide by the terms; and

15. If you choose to watch certain UK television services via the UKiVPN you are responsable for purchasing the relevant license that maybe required.

If you violate any of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate your service without any advance warning or notification. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without any bandwidth guarantees or ability to reach any particular web sites.

*Refunds will be given ONLY if your account doesn´t connect. All refund requests must be filed within 4 days from the date of purchase, we can extend this at our discretion (for example, if you have been working with us to establish the connection). Eligible rfunds will be made within 1 business week.

If you violate any of our terms that involve criminal activities, you will forfeit all the privacy and confidentiality privileges that our service provides. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS WILL BE GIVEN.
