  • Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.
  • More security pop-up windows would emerge to confirm that you have intentionally triggered this action, not by mistake. If you want to continue canceling your subscription, click “Cancel subscription.”

  • Open the Settings menu on your iPad or iPhone.
  • Tap on your iTunes account name that displays at the top.
  • Tap on iTunes & App Store 
  • Tap on Apple ID at the extreme top of the screen.

  • Scroll down and stop at Subscriptions.
  • Find your CyberGhost subscription. Tap on it
